Agent unexpectedly crashes

Issue/Introduction

I am able to connect to the agent machine from Workbench and navigate around the folder structure with no problems, but sometimes when I try to synchronize to the Solaris agent machine I get the "ec=-301" error message.  I check the agent machine and the agent process has shut down and must be restarted.  Other times, it works with no problems.  What could be causing this?

Release : 13.0+

Component : CA HARVEST SCM CORE FUNCTIONALITY/PROCESS AUTOMATION

Resolution

Found that using "Check out for Browse" instead of "Check out for Synchronize" does not produce the same crash of the agntd process and can be used as a workaround.
