Issue/Introduction

Product Workload Automation iXP
Problem: Unable to modify jobs using IXP - Does not load 
Please check at least 1 of the following conditions met the 1st condition is capkihome environment variable.

Environment

Component : CA WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE IXP

Resolution

The ixp was giving the following error while trying to get the job definition or force starting the job.

Please check atleast one of the following conditions are met.
*) Set CAPKIHOME environment variable.
*) Pass valid second parameter to etpki_lib_init function. Ex: if the second parameter is /a/b/c/[lib]cryptocme2.[dll][so][sl], it is assumed that /a/b/c has all the required CAPKI shared libraries

This error message relates to environment in iXP. You can verify if LD_LIBRARY path mentioned in the admintool matches the environment set in the autosys client.

In this scenario there was a hung Java process that was causing the issue. 

Restarted ixp resolved the issue.
