Issue/Introduction

Implemented the agent as per this KB: APMIA show goofy text in APM EM

Still continue seeing goofy metrics. The EPAgent log shows this error:

Cause

Per Engineering, some known issues related to goofy chars with network port. 

Resolution

• Stop IA Agent
• Edit the IA Agent Properties file
• Disable TCP / Network port and start using HTTP port.
