PCW Job fails intermittently after upgrade to Clarity PPM 15.7.1

Issue/Introduction
- After the Clarity PPM upgrade to Clarity 15.7.1, the Global Delivery (GD) PCW job is failing sporadically. It appears to be due to poor connectivity.
- In the logs we see the following error: “SchedulerException: Job's listener is invalid”

Resolution
- Restart BG service
- On Demand/SaaS customers, please contact Broadcom support for assistance.
