Unable to run OOTB Reports using Reports and Jobs

Issue/Introduction

When running a project status detail report we are receiving an error message. The error message that we are receiving is:

DMS-02104: The system cannot retrieve the requested document from the DMS.

Environment

Release : 15.7.1

Component : CA PPM JASPERSOFT

Resolution

After reviewing the app-ca.log we identified that filestore was not setup and files could not be retrieved.
