Reports generated from the enterprise dashboard is not accurate

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing the reports generated from the enterprise dashboard is not accurate regarding max concurrent user count and average license usage.

Environment

Release : 10.5

Component : CA Service Virtualization

Resolution

If anyone seeing issue with incorrect usage data in Enterprise Dashboard report, please open a new support case and refer DE447290 and we will share the patch.
