Other Work Investment instance is not populated in Timesheet

Issue/Introduction

Description:

While adding a resource to set of investments (it may be a project or an other work), If the first investment contains Team then for the subsequent other work investments the effort task is not getting created.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a Other work investment for e.g. "Break Fix"
2. Add a resource (for e.g. testres1) to the investment from Resource Allocations tab [data populated in both PRTEAM and PRTASK tables]
3. Create another Other work investment for e.g. "General Maintenance"
4. Add another resource (for e.g. testres2) to the both investments created at step#1 and step#3 (make sure the top investment in the selection list have already task and team data)

Expected Result: Other work instance should be populated for all allocated resources in timesheet.

Actual Result: Other work instance missing for few resources in timesheet.

 

Solution:

WORKAROUND:

Check and ensure staff members are added to the investment on the Team Tab.
