Issue/Introduction

Description:

After adding or changing the MUFPLEX setting in the MUF Startup Options, a subsequent startup of the version 14.0 CA Datacom MUF produces several errors:

CAHC414E Failure in (CA_DTCM,DTCM_DB_CF_LIST_STR_SZ@SMUF00)
CAHC416E User check routine abended with S0C9
CAHC420E Check routine: 8DF2C000 Failure: 8DF2C602 Reason: 00000009
CAHC421E TSK: 8DCB5980 HCE: 7F3F8570 HCK: 7F408018 PQE: 7F3EB000

The MUF continues to run, but this failure is a problem. How do I fix this?

Solution:

This is a known problem with the version 14.0 CA Datacom Health Check functions used to verify the CF LIST STRUCTURE SIZE for the MUFPLEX setting.

A solution has been published to address this: RO64092 (DB 14.0 #319), "CAHC416E USER (HEALTH) CHECK ROUTINE ABENDED WITH S0C9"

Apply this solution and restart the Multi-User Facility (MUF).
