Fail To Update Stored Password From Policy Manager

If a stored password was created via restman which had a '@' character within it's name you would then not be able to change the actual password associated with that stored password from policy manager. When trying to update the password the following message would get generated:
Variable name must start with a letter or underscore, and contains optional letters, digits, underscores, dashes or periods.
Policy Manager had restrictions on the stored password name and would not allow certain characters.
Changes were made to allow for the '@' character to be contained in a stored password name. This change will be included in 9.4 CR5
