Cannot edit planned data for some rows in a cost plan

Issue/Introduction

User has Project manager and cost plan - edit access rights but cannot edit all planned rows/columns in cost plan of record.

The rows that can't be edited show the following:

• Actual data (greater than 0)
• No planned data
• Negative (red) variance
• The check box is disabled for the row that they can't edit
• You cannot enter any 'planned' values

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT

Cause

This is due to the row created being an unplanned row

 

Resolution

To enable the editing in this row:

1. Click the 'Add' button
2. Add the combination of attributes for that specific row.
