Issue/Introduction

When submitting an access request for assigning or revoking a provisioning role in Identity Portal, the events are duplicated.  This occurs when workflow is enabled on the task.

For Example:

In Identity Portal:

There are two entries with the same ID number.



In Identity Manager there are two event entries for assign provisioning role

Resolution

This issue has been addressed in the vApp via "HF-DE453297-20200423-0001.tgz.gpg"  

 

This issue has been addressed in the on-premise installation via IM Fix ("HF-IM-DE485595-20201218-0001.zip") and IP Fix ("sigma.zip") which needs to be deployed on top of the latest Cumulative Patch Sets (IM CP5 and IP CP2).  To deploy the fix in "sigma.zip" take a backup of the existing "sigma.war" on your destination system and replace it with one included in sigma.zip.  To deploy "HF-IM-DE485595-20201218-0001.zip", follow the instructions included in the zip file.

All patches are available on request and will feature in the next Cumulative Patch Set release.
