Assignment Role Changes not Captured in Audit Trail

Issue/Introduction

After enabling audit for the Role attribute on the Assignment object, the audit records are still not getting captured when changes are made to Assignment's role.

Resolution

If there is no Task field being audited, the Audit tab will not show up on the Task properties to view the Assignment level audited fields. However, the audit records will still get captured and be available under the global Audit trail list (Administration - Audit Trail).

In order to be able to see the audit records related to the assignments on the specific task instance, a field on the Task object must be audited as well. Once a field on the Task object is audited, the Audit tab will become available on the Task properties.
