Error Creating user in OnDemad Portal

Issue/Introduction

When creating or modifying a user in the OnDemand portal for a specific organization, the portal throws one of the following errors: 

The email address you requested is already taken.

The user name is already taken. 

However, the user having this username or email is not available on the list of existing portal users for this organization.

Component : CLARITY PPM SAAS OPERATIONS

Resolution

The error message is being thrown because this user having this email address or username already exists in the portal, but is associated with a different organization.

The OnDemand portal team will need to add this user to the additional organization for the customer. 

Alternatively, the error may be thrown because the user already exists in the portal, but is not associated to any organization. 

In this case, the OnDemand portal team will need to add this user to the customer's organization.
