Issue/Introduction

'Group' does not show up as a field when creating new ticket though Xflow, is this by design or can it be included?

Environment

Release : 17.1, 17.2, 17.3

Component : SERVICE DESK MANAGER

Resolution

you can add group to the xFlow new ticket attributes this way
--log into regular web interface as administrator
--do Administration-->xFlow interface-->command bar-->new ticket, then click on "create new" button and choose "Team" attribute
--recycle xFlow service
