Issue/Introduction

An interval SCL runs and the schedule gets updated, but no interval jobs are added to the checkpoint.
There are no messages in the Jobtrac joblog or errors that give a reason for the interval job not being added.

Environment

Release : 11.0

Component : JOBTRAC

Resolution

A schedule load for an interval SCL that updates successfully but does not add jobs to the checkpoint may
be due to the referback field entry I=  being defined on the event's primary record.  The interval setup has
to be the second line of the SCL and not on the primary record .  Please ensure the SCL for intervals events
are set up as indicated in the sample below with the referback field entry I= on the second line.
