Probes Using Java showing Error "login failed, Received status (12) on response (in sendRcvLogin) for cmd = 'login' "

Issue/Introduction

Seeing issue on IM where all of a sudden probes using java like PPM, VMware, now error and the log displays like this :

This happening on all remote hubs. 

Environment

Component : UIM - HUB
Release : 9.2.0

 

Resolution

This issue is another symptom of a known issue and a proactive notification went out in November advising to update to the hub hotfix as per KB article below:
