Issue/Introduction

.net Core Agent not able monitor Core Application.  No metrics node added in SAAS Metric View.

Application Performance Management 11.3

Resolution

The .net Core Agent was not producing metrics and we see this message in the logs" "Failed to connect to the Introscope Enterprise Manager at cloudgw.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com:443,com.wily.isengard.postofficehub.link.net.HttpsTunnelingSocketFactory (1)."

Setup a WSS connection in the profile
agentManager.url.1=wss://cloudgw.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com:443
agentManager.url.2=https://cloudgw.dxi-na1.saas.broadcom.com:443

Also L2 provided a new EA Agent to use the WSS connection and resolved the issue.

L2 provided an early release of the next version of the .net Agent.  Check Defect DE457562.
