Spectrum Meraki Access Point IP Change

Issue/Introduction

When an Meraki AP changes IP, Spectrum is creating a device down alarm.  

What is the mechanism Spectrum uses to detect IP changes for Meraki AP's that come from CA VNA?  

Environment

Release : 10.3

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

The IP change is recognized by VNA (poll based) and is sent to Spectrum.
Spectrum then updates the IP address of existing AP model.
