Issue/Introduction

CA Asset Converter creates a script in order to register SW in the Db

Asset converter does not care if the created Name and/or version of the SW to be registered are longer than allowed by specification (upper limits are: 255 chars for SW name, 64 chars for SW version).

Moreover, the name and/or version are not cut when script is executed, even if the abbreviated ones are unique in the environment.

Instead the SW fails to be registered.
