Password field required to be re-populated for Action restarts

Issue/Introduction

AWI: 12.3.1, 12.3.2. Password filled needs to be re-populated every time the Action Pack is restarted.
Scenario:
1. Restart an Action Pack (any)
2. At the restart, you need to repopulated the Password Field. This was not a requirement in 12.2.x

The issue is being worked on by Engineering, and will be fixed in the future.
