Issue/Introduction

What level of security access is needed accessing the JESSPOOL class for Sysview 

 

 

 

Resolution

If the JESSPOOL class is active in the external security product, the syslog and output commands make SAF calls in the JESSPOOL class  - 

In all cases give access level of "READ" to the JESSPOOL resource, even if you are using internal security for all Sysview users.
