Issue/Introduction

Running the automated integration process with the setup file (17.2 GA) for the transactional reports (JasperReports 7.1.1), the following error occurs

"invalid CA Service Desk Server details provided. Please verify"


The install log shows the following

Cause

The version of the setup file was invalid, in order to integrate SD 17.2 and Jasper 7.1.1, it is required to have SD with at least RU1 and also to use this installer to complete the autointegration. The reason of this is that the Rest API signature has changed.

Resolution


If no RU patch is installed in SD 17.2 please install at least 17.2.01 and then use setup file to complete the autointegration process.
