Issue/Introduction
AAI Admin is seeing the following message when we click on the Insight tab
There is problem connecting to the configured report server. Please make sure it is correctly configured and up running.
They have tried to recycle AAI but the error continues

Cause
AAI Insight doesn't start you start/recycle AAI
Resolution
AAI and AAI Insight are traditionally installed on different servers.
When AAI is started it doesn't start AAI Insight and therefore has to be started manually as well.
In the root of your /opt/Insight directory is a script called ctlscript.sh that you can use to stop/start Insight (Jaspersoft).
