Issue/Introduction

Why are the counts different in Classic Timesheets vs MUX for Review and Approve?

 

 

Environment

Release : 15.7.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Cause

This has to do with if the resource is Open for Time Entry.  In Classic the timesheets will still show.  In MUX the timesheets will not show.



If there are  timesheets created for a resource and then Open for TIme Entry is removed from the resource, the timesheets will still show in Classic.

However, in MUX under Review and Approve these same timesheets will not be available for Review and Approve.
