Data Extraction Job is failing with error [Oracle JDBC Driver]Object has been closed

Issue/Introduction

The data extraction job is failing with [Oracle JDBC Driver]Object has been closed frequently. Due to the job failure the data which needs to be sent to external systems are getting delayed.

• The job is failing with the error message below:

  Error Message: java.io.IOException: Stream closed
  Error Message: java.sql.SQLException: [CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver]Object has been closed.

Resolution

Change the job schedule run so it's not running with other jobs that may update/extract the same data at the same time, particularly other extraction jobs.
