Email Notifications Not Working

Issue/Introduction

In one of our environments, email notifications for jobs are working but in our production environment, emails are not coming through. Both environments are setup the same way but for some reason, it's not working in production.

Release : 15.6.1

Component : CA PPM APPLICATION

Resolution

Restarting the server resolved the problem.
