CMD24466 Error trying to issue a PROCESS in QREC

Issue/Introduction

User is trying to update an Element in the CA Repository Copybook process using Quick Rec and is receiving the following error:

Cause

Insufficient privileges

Resolution

The CMD24466 error is issued within Quick Rec is the user who issues the PROCESS command does not have UPDATE authority on the
entity type in question.
Check the user's privilege (DBX_PRIV_USER) and whether the UPDATE command is associated to that privilege (DBX_PRIVILEGE) and
permits the requested access via the entity type in question.
