Issue/Introduction
Downloads in CA CSM is failing with "CA CSM can not authenticate your CA Support Online Account".

Resolution
Login to support.broadcon.com and note the password that results in a successful login.
In CSM from the settings tab, under system settings, software acquisition, scroll down to the list of userids/email addresses and click actions for your userid then edit and enter the same password that successfully logged into support.broadcom.com. Enter a second time to confirm then scroll to the end of the screen and click apply to save the change.
Note that this password can not be reset within CSM. A reset can only be done from support.broadcom.com.
