Spectrum patch install failed on Windows with "File copy failed" error

Cause
Possible root causes:
1. Not all of the Spectrum processes were shutdown prior to the installation of the patch
2. All of the Spectrum processes were shutdown prior to the installation of the patch but Windows still had a lock on a file that was to be replaced by the patch

Resolution
Ensure all of the Spectrum processes except the SRAdmin are shutdown prior to the installation of the patch.
If Windows maintains a lock on a file, reboot the system to ensure the lock is removed and then re-install the patch or manually copy the files from the patch directory to the Spectrum directory.
