Issue/Introduction

Getting below error on one of the agent when trying to Download Logs from WCC's Agent Inventory.

ERROR: E140178 Unexpected error occurred while
executing agent command. Zip Source (623078861 bytes) exceeds the maximum
allowed size (524288000)

Resolution

At this time users cannot adjust a setting to make for greater sized log retreival for WCC's Agent Inventory
