Need to change the current VTHRESH settings

F TSS,VTHRESH(003,SUS)
With VTHRESH(003,SUS) set, when an ACID exceeds VTHRESH, it will be
VSUSPEND'ed.
The Vthresh Control Option has a 'NOT' (notify) parameter.
If you set 'NOT' along with 'SUS' then a message will be issued at the
security console as well as the user's terminal.
VTHRESH(003,NOT,SUS)
Unless the acid has the NOSUSPEND attribute, With VTHESH(003,SUS),
when ever acid that hits VTHRESH (batch, TSO, etc) will become suspended
with a VSUSPEND, locally and any nodes using CPF.
This command will make the change on the fly to make permanent update the
parmfile.
