Two virtual services getting deployed with one V3 API call

Issue/Introduction

Have encountered a defect while deploying the VS from Invoke API v3.

When deploying the VS via curl command, two virtual services are getting deployed with same name

1.       one is running and shown as normal VS on portal while

2.      other is offline but shows that its recording.

Environment

All supported DevTest releases.

Cause

N/A

Resolution

While creating this VS via API a recording service with the same name would be created to record the RRpairs supplied during the creation.

However, the recording service can be ignored safely." If you do not want this created recording service, you can delete it manually through portal.
