Issue/Introduction

We are on release 12.2.3 and I noticed that the box is check for assign same agent by default? How can you change it?  

Environment

Release : 12.x

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Resolution

To change the default:

• Please go into Client 0
• Process Assembly
• Template
• Double click on "JOBP
• Click on the "Attributes" Tab and than un-select "assign same agent"
• Save the changes.
