Issue/Introduction
Can you please let us know the closest ROLE which we can use to perform certificate changes.
We are trying to restrict access to users, where only specific users should be able to perform certificate changes.
Also, please let us know how and where we can make these changes.

Role: Manager Certificate (trusts)
Where: Policy Manager
Tasks -> User and Authentications -> Manage Roles
Manager Certificate (trusts)
Description: Users assigned to the Manage Certificates (truststore) role have the ability to read, create, update and delete trusted certificates and policies for revocation checking.
In the assignments you add user form the identity provider
With this assignment the only options available will be Tasks -> Certificates, Keys and Secrets .> Manage certificates
