Is New UX UI theme customization possible?

Issue/Introduction

• Is there a way to customize the UI Theme in the New User Experience?
  • We want to change the color and name of our various environments so we always know which environment we are in when making updates (IE Production, Development, etc)

Resolution

• Unfortunately, customization of the UI Theme is not available yet for the New UX. 
• To request a change in the design, see: KB: 18799 - Clarity PPM: How to Create an Enhancement Request
• Tip: To workaround the behavior, a Chrome Google plugin may help give the desired theme. Note that these are not supported so it's recommended to test them out to make sure there are no negative affects.
