How can I install a new Add-in into my PPM Saas environment? How I proceed?

Component : CA PPM SAAS OPERATIONS DEPLOYMENT
For each environment (instance) that do you request an installation of a new Add-in, do you need open a case with Broadcom Support with these bellow information on it.
•Environment URL(s) – <https://cppm1111.ondemand.ca.com> or <https://cppm1111-test.ondemand.ca.com>
•Schedule requested: a date range desired; (between 5PM EST on March,20 and 5AM EST March,23)
•PSC Approval: The approval for this request from PSC (Primary Support Contact) be explicit on this case (e-mail, screenshot)

•Down Time Required: Yes
•Duration: 2 Hours (per Deployment)
