BlazeMeter Assertion Failures Not Showing on right URL

Issue/Introduction

For the test below, the error report is showing 309 assertion failures for the

URL https://cyberbusinessservicesmodel.apps.xuse1-pcf.gi.pubcloud.aig.net/accounts/690549662/summary.

However, when I verified the related JMeter and modified JMeter scripts from logs, the assertion was at another

URL https://cyberriskmodelmicroservicemodel.apps.xuse1-pcf.gi.pubcloud.aig.net/parties/216854067/applications?partyIdType=DUNS_NO&roleType=CLIENT&applicationStatus=ALL within the same transaction point.

Please advise on this issue.

Cause

Working as designed.

Resolution

The transaction in question "Generate parent sample" checked, so it does not keep track of the underlying samplers. It just lists the first sampler underneath as the one having the assertion error.

This is working as designed.
