Network Error (tcp_error) when starting Vantage Webui.

Issue/Introduction

Getting this message when I start the WEBui after a new install.

Network Error (tcp_error) 

A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.

Resolution

The Vantage WEBui has a default PORT of 8080 in the install SERVER.TXT. The WEBui can not share PORT 8080 with other applications using the same port number. You will need to assign a unique port number to the port definition in the SERVER.TXT member.
