Issue/Introduction

"Class is undefined" error messages are returned when running XPS tools. 

However, CA SSO infrastructure seems to be working correctly.

$ XPSSweeper

(ERROR) : [sm-xpsxps-00270] Class 1182600721 is undefined.

(ERROR) : [sm-xpsxps-00270] Class 167830877 is undefined.

Environment

Release : 12.8.x and 12.9 (Applicable to all the supported releases)
Environment: SMPLC (SITEMINDER -POLICY SERVER)

Resolution

------ NOTE: The class Deletion should ONLY be considered after a close review of the store to make sure no objects are associated with it.

Once confirmed, the below steps can be used to delete these Classes.

1) Before taking any actions, take an LDIF back-up of the Policy Store as well as an XPSExport of the Policy Store 

Launch JExplorer

2) Connect to the Policy Store instance

3) Browse to:

<PolicyStore_Insatnce>,OU=netegrity,OU=SiteMinder,OU=PolicyServer4

4) Locate the OID's in which
(ObjectClass=167830877)
(ObjectClass=1182600721)
(ObjectClass=167830877 )

5) Delete the objects which contain these ObjectClass numbers

6) Restart the Policy Server
