"Class is undefined" error messages are returned when running XPS tools. However, our CA SSO infrastructure seems to be working correctly.

NOTE: Before taking any actions, take an LDIF back-up of the Policy Store as well as an XPSExport of the Policy Store
1) Launch JExplorer
2) Connect to the Policy Store instance
3) Browse to:
<PolicyStore_Insatnce>,OU=netegrity,OU=SiteMinder,OU=PolicyServer4
4) Locate the OID's in which
(ObjectClass=167830877)
(ObjectClass=1182600721)
(ObjectClass=167830877 )
5) Delete the objects which contain these ObjectClass numbers
6) Restart the Policy Server
