Issue/Introduction

The only macro change i see is for SO00511  macro #GSISVCX.
Since I am not using this macro can I skip the HOLDDATA Actions for this PTF?

Environment

Release : 19.0

Component : CA ADS

Resolution

Yes.  The only macro change for SO00511 is for #GSISVCX.
If you are not using the #GSISVCX then you can skip the HOLDDATA Actions described by PTF SO00511.

To be more specific, if during the configuration you specified WIGSISVC = NO in your VARBLIST for this UPGRADE.
In which case the generated JOB03 would not assemble, link or include the #GSISVCX in your IGCnnn SVC loadmod,
so there is nothing you need to do as far as the HOLDDATA Actions described by SO00511 is concerned.
