Issue/Introduction

CA Spectrum CAPC authentication failure during synchronization.

Cause

Check the /opt/CA/PerformanceCenter/DM/DMService.log on the CAPC system for any errors synchronizing with Spectrum One Click Server:

An error occurred during a sync request with data source [email protected]: additional info: enum.datasourceerror.DS_COMM_SSL_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE.  The following stack trace shows the context of the sync request:

Resolution

  • The DS_COMM_SSL_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE errors in the DMService.log indicate an issue with the SSL Cerfificate on the One Click Server.
  • Check the SSL Cert on the One Click Server and take action as appropriate.
