All files / directories in the /caspoold2e/xenos/apps/ subdirectory appear to have been lost.

Resolution
Advised customer to 1) Check that the file system mount is mounted correctly.
2) Run the CE0CJCL(BQ4JJTAR) job, which will recreate the original installation directories should the file system be mounted correctly and all files are missing.
