Issue/Introduction

Looking to merge and copy libraries while upgrading Endevor and update the CLIST - Some questions:

1 Currently the CONLIB DD is allocated in the Endevor CLIST, is this still needed if the CONLIB and AUTHLIBS are in the LINKLIST?
2 Does the CSQIOPTN need to be allocated to the CLIST because changes have been made?
3 If the Endevor CLIST was updated and the CSIQOPTN was added, will that override the C1DEFLTS - MACDSN= and the ESYMBOLS #NDVRSRC,SYMDATA= setting?

Resolution

1. Is the CONLIB allocation needed then if the above LINKLIST is set up ?
No you should be fine if everything is in the linklist.

2. Does the CSQIOPTN need to be allocated to the CLIST because changes have been made?
There is no need to add the CSIQOPTN to the CLIST - it does not get used ... the only libraries that should be allocated in the clist for Endevor are below and can be found in the ENDEVOR Clist delivered with the product (iprfx.iqual.CSIQCLS0)

If the CSIQOTPN was added to the CLIST it does not override what is currently in the C1DEFLTS or any other table.
