IKJ612I Accessing z/OS Operator Console Section Of ZOSMF With Top Secret

Issue/Introduction

After logging onto ZOSMF via the web interface, when going to the z/OS Operator Console section of ZOSMF, the following error occurs in the MVS Syslog which prevents using the Consoles within ZOSMF:

IKJ612I TSOLOGON TERMINATED - USER uuuuuuu IS NOT DEFINED TO ANY
PROCEDURE NAMES               

The error message indicates that the user does not have any procedure names defined to RACF, so JCL cannot be built.

Resolution

The TSO signon information for user 'uuuuuuu' was in SYS1.UADS. For this, the TSO segment needs to be on the ACID in Top Secret. It can not come from SYS1.UADS.
