The temporary folders used by Service Catalog to load data or cache during startup and while it is running are the following:

..\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\jms-data
..\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\translets
..\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\work
..\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\temp

If you require to delete the data within the directories stop the Service Catalog services before doing so.
