We, as the system integrators, do not have access to the console nor direct access to the database.
Broadcom performs all such activities because this is a SaaS model. When Broadcom makes changes to the database (or when any database changes are made) – where is the following information tracked: who made changes, what changes were made, and timestamp of changes?

Resolution
At this time there is no such log for the SAAS administrators making any changes.
We do not make any changes without contacting the Primary Support Contact (PSC) for approval. So if you are set to PSC, you would have the updates on any changes we requested to do.
