Issue/Introduction

My SSO configuration was changed therefore I need reconfigure the SSO configuration PPM SaaS side with these new parameters, how can I proceed?

Environment

Release : 15.4.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS OPERATIONS SSO

Resolution

For each environment (instance) that do you want update the SSO parameters configured, do you need open a case with Broadcom Support with these bellow information on it.

•Environment url: <https://cppm1111-dev.ondemand.ca.com>
•Clarity Version: <Build#>
•PSC Approval: <The approval for this request from PSC (Primary Support Contact) be explicit on this case (e-mail, screenshot)>
•Down Time Required: <Yes, it is only for you information>
•Lead time: 48 hrs (minimal)
•METADATA file: <upload it into the new case opened>

NOTE: These procedure is exclusive for if you already had a SSO configured with the SaaS PPM environment.
