Component : CLARITY PPM SAAS OPERATIONS USER MANAGEMENT
For each environment (instance) that do you request a new credentials, do you need open a case with Broadcom Support with these below information on it.
•Environment URL(s) –
<https://cppm1111.ondemand.ca.com> or <https://cppm1111-test.ondemand.ca.com>
•Email address to whom the Clarity administrator access should be granted
NOTE: If do you need reset the Admin PPM for any instance, you need follow the same procedure.
