How can I get access for a new Clarity PPM Saas environment? Can I reset the Admin user password for a specific SaaS environment?
For each environment (instance) that do you request a new credentials, do you need open a case with Broadcom Support with these below information on it.
•Environment URL(s) –
<https://<host>.ondemand.ca.com> or <https://<host>-test.ondemand.ca.com>
•Email address to whom the Clarity administrator access should be granted
NOTE: If do you need reset the Admin user for any instance, you need follow the same procedure.
