Changes made in rel 12.0 of CA1.

Resolution

CL05223 has been replaced by the SHUTDWN option in *.CTAPTOPTN(TMOOPT00).
CL05200 has been replaced by CONAME/COADDR/COCITY in *.CTAPTOPTN(TMOOPT00)
CL05211 has been replaced by the new TMOSEC00 member in *.CTAPTOPN library.
CL05228/CL05245 has been replaced by option ROBSCR in *.CTAPOPTN(TMOOPT00)
